My version of I guess totchos.
Mini hash browns, taco mince, grated cheese, diced gherkins and bacon with some sriracha sauce.

Your guys are missing out. Practically every Mexican restaurant here has carne asada fries, which is what I’ m assuming these "totchos" are supposed to emulate

I was doing that last night at work.
Man they stank. I had to check there was no customers even near the aisle before I dropped one.

Highlander-Mazda recommended them so I gave it a go.
I think if it was on chips, it would be too fiddly. Steak cut chips would work but French’d fries would be too fiddly.

Did you bake or fry those hash brown rounds? (I assume they were frozen.) Baked is so much healthier, but when you fry them in oil THEY ARE SO CRUNCHY AND SO YUMMY AND HOLY CRAP HOW DID THIS GET TO BE 300 CALORIES HIGHER THAN I ESTIMATED

They were baked but still crunchy. They are from chilled.
They were crunchy enough that the taco mince didn’t soak them.
