I’m in boulder. But I can give you ALLLLLLL the beta on Colorado... and if you’re looking to explore- I’d STRONGLY suggest spending more time touring colorado than wyo etc.....
I saw your instagram handle on your other post- I’ll email you my # there—-
And if you need/want to hang in boulder for a few, you’re more than welcome.

I lived in Laramie for a year and fort Collins for about 6 months after that, and spent some times running around Denver. Been to a couple other areas and Boulder once. I’m going to be choosing my routes basically the night before based on weather and road conditions and my mood. But visiting Boulder again would be great!

Lol I would love to! I have a cousin who lives in Chicago too. But it’s too far out of the way! It would add at least another two days of driving and kill any possibility of making it to the Grand Canyon with reasonable time to check stuff out. Or kill any possibility of making it back to work in my allotted time off!

Did you still need ideas? There are a whole bunch of national parks with campgrounds in Southern Utah that would be worth a stop on the way to the Grand Canyon based on your route.
I’d also drop south to go through Yellowstone instead of the relatively-boring portion of Montana east of Bozeman.
Considering the time of year, you could also go north and pass through Glacier NP, which should be open right now.
I don’t know what the state of the roads are these days, but if you went through Yellowstone and Cody, the highway through the Bighorn Range is pretty fun in a car, probably even more fun on a motorcycle.
After the end of what you listed last time, you could possibly stop in Moab. Capitol Reef and Bryce are nice, relatively-quiet, national parks...

In that case... I’ll see you back on the west coast in... Oh, six months or so?
Now that you’re offroad-ready there better be some dirt roads in your future

Yellowstone and glacier are both possibilities. We’re definitely not staying on the interstate. Routes will be partly dependent on weather and road conditions each day.
Definitely want to go through a bunch of national parks and camp in them. I’ve got my America the beautiful pass for that!
All the Utah stuff sounds great! Well just have to wait and see what I decide on as I get there.

Nah! It’s a hybrid a la 918 or P1! Gas engine plus green energy combine for extra power!
Green energy being my legs
Oh absolutely I can’t wait for some dirt roads!
