Worst photo ever of Cadillac XLR (It’s illegal to use a mobile device while driving in Marietta , unless its hands free, so I could only snap a quick picture). I honked and gave him a thumbs up but he was texting and driving so he didn’t notice.
Also, I’m not sure that’s how one spells Jalop . Seen on a parked CR-V.
Edit: kinja’d photo to grainy to see any detail.

I saw one last week in this exact color — a convertible with a 70-something lady at the helm. I never knew there was a Vert...
Still not as rare as the Allante :D

Yeah we’re a bunch of criminals up here. I’ll only snap a quick pic if I think it’s safe. Texting and driving is just down right scary and life endangering.

Marietta, Ohio? When did it change? I thought you couldn’t be cited for it unless you were being pulled over for something else citable.

Ever since 2014 it’s been a ticketable offense. You can (and people are) pulled over and ticketed for it. State wide it’s a secondary violation, but Marietta has banned all non- hands free devices while driving.

As they should. I live in the Akron area and someone made a right on red into my lane and nearly creamed me this morning
. I pulled up beside her to make a rude gesture (I blame the Adrenalin
) and she was on her phone. I’m a fan of what Apple does on their phones where you can lock yourself out while driving.
