Theres some locally sorced and brewed apple Brandy at my local abc but it’s like $35 for a flask worth. Never had apple brandy so am curious but more so at making my own version as I’m versed ebough in tbe home brew processes.

This was like the smoothest bourbon in the world. Some fruit notes near the end that played well with the oak notes from the barrel aging. I’m not sure how far watershed distributes because they’re local but if you ever get the chance, they’re a solid distillery.
