$1k for a running bike with a clean title is decent, although I wouldn’t say amazing. Maybe things are a little cheaper here, but 3 of the 4 bikes I’ve owned have been $800 or less. Metric V-twin cruisers aren’t my favorite, but you could always do something like this with enough time and money
On another note, I’m surprised how closely the specs line up with my ‘78 kz750 - 55hp (the same) 47 lb.ft (3 more?) and 482lbs (maybe 5 less?). That said my bike is a little heavy and not particularly fast, but hey for $1k you could still do a lot worse!

Yeah- those viragos, for being one of the ugliest bikes of that era, REALLY clean up nicely if you decide to cafe it out...
