After replacing the broken exhaust and cracked spark plug, it ran beautifully...until yesterday.
I pulled the evap system which has been known to cause stalling in the heat. I followed a YouTube tutorial, and it appears everything is installed correctly, including the new fuel line.
I filled it with gas, but it won’t start. I can see fuel flowing to the carb, and it sounds like it wants to start, but no boom. I am currently charging the battery, which could have run down through these last couple of days, but I can’t figure this out.

Spark, air, fuel. You got two, so maybe air? Some sort of obstruction?

After cranking, are the spark plugs wet or damp? can you smell unburnt fuel from the exhaust? Do you have a spark tester to verify the ignition or can you pull a plug boot to verify that it sparks when cranking?

Threaten it mercilessly until it turns over. My electronics tend to work when I threaten them with having an axe driven through them.

I had a similar issue with our riding lawn mower a couple of weeks ago. Had spark, air, and fuel, but no go. I shot some carb cleaner in there and it would start, but it would die when the carb cleaner ran out.
It needed a carb rebuild. Since I was time-constrained, I just bought a new one. Now the mower runs like a champ.

Without any knowledge or reasoning I will say it is a magneto failure that occurs when it gets hot.
