Nice. I have the Mr. Boston handbook to go by. It’s a nice hard back, but probably not as fancy as that big tome. Portable though.

That’s a maple old fashion! I need to find some Canadian whiskey for that. Canadian whiskey seems to only come in cheap and dangerous here, is there good stuff?

We have “The Bar Bible” as well which is good, but doesn’t give the description that this book does. We’re planning on making some home made lemon challis and ginger beer now.

No clue on what Canadian Whiskey is sold in the states, but I know you can get Collingwood Distilerly maple whiskey. It’s aged with chunks of maple in the barrel, owned by the same company that owns Jack Daniels. It’s more of a mellow & sweet but it’s not bad.

No. It can get somewhat expensive but it’s still mostly dangerous(ly bad).
