Wish I could do that.....but our streets are owned/maintained by the HOA, so I would not have that loophole.

It’s a townhome complex, so no space to build on... :( Plus HOA rules state that you can only park in your garage or driveway- but most people have their garages stuffed with so much crap they can only park on their driveway.... One guy down the street actually runs a saltwater aquarium business out of his garage....
