So we all know that I drive a filthy-ass Chrysler 300, but what does my fam drive? I’d be happy to share!
My mom: a 2015 Cadillac SRX. Fully loaded except for the upgraded wheels, it’s a comfy, spacious, practical luxo cruiser that suits her needs perfectly.
My step brother: 2012 Nissan Altima and 1994 Suzuki RF900R. The Nissan is boring and he doesn’t like it at all, so he got the RF to satisfy his needs for fun transportation. He has the full fairings/engine cover, and they’re in great shape, they’re just not on right now.
My stepdad: he doesn’t actually own a car, but he gets to drive whatever he wants from his dealership, usually an XC90 Inscription.
What are the vehicles of your household, oppo?

What’s funny is the car with the 2nd least amount of miles is the Camry at around 75k. The Mustang doesn’t have much less than that.

My mom has an 06 (could be an 07, who cares, what’s the difference, etc.) Toyota Matrix XR, dad has a 2013 Hyundai Sonata GL that he hates enough that he talks shit about Hyundai whenever someone brings the brand up. Their next car will probably be a 2019 Corolla hatchback since the Matrix is now leaking oil from two different locations and they only need one car so they’d just sell the Sonata out of spite. Meanwhile I’ve got a fancy Datsun that doesn’t have a volume knob.

A 2014 WRX which is mine, but is piloted by my wife for the time being.
A 2014 Outback which was my mom’s, is technically mine, but is being piloted by my daughter until she’s old enough to own it outright.
A 2018 Challenger which is a rental, but will be in my possession until my job quits sending me five hours away for work.

Wife’s uncle has a first new gen Mini, base with the 5spd and a 3/4 ton Econoline.

Since my house is boring, I’m including my parents and in-laws.
My house:
2015 Ford Focus ST (ST3) - Mine, barely drive it.
2008 Mazda 3 (auto) - Wife’s. I am a passenger in it far more than I drive anything.
In-laws:
2013 BMW 535d X-drive (brown with gold flake, auto) - MIL, their main car.
2006 Ford F-350 (diesel, auto) - FIL, the collective work vehicle. He doesn’t drive it much except for hauling/towing stuff. We borrow it for the same purposes.
198X Kubota Tractor (diesel, manual, 4wd) - FIL drives this a lot when we’re doing maintenance on their “pasture”, which is really just land that we’re slowly reclaiming from major invasive plants. I sometimes drive it as well. This is a fun vehicle.
Parents/siblings:
1982 RV on E-350 chassis (460ci, manual) - Their RV. Chugs fuel.
1963 Chevy Nova II (auto) - Dad’s first car. He doesn’t drive it.
1969 Ford Falcon (manual conversion with a transmission from a contemporary Mustang) - Mom’s first car. Far worse condition than dad’s car, since it has sat outdoors for decades now and hasn’t moved in even longer.
1970 VW T2 Transporter (manual) - Family car that no longer runs, although has been operational in the last decade or so. I kept it running until I moved out, but dad isn’t as willing to do it.
1989 Ford E-150 (auto) - Family car that is sometimes driven. Shared duties with the VW Bus for most of the time they’ve owned it.
1993 Nissan NX2000 (manual) - Mom’s car? They drive this a fair bit, but neglect is catching up with it. It was originally my uncle’s before he committed suicide and made it to them after another uncle beat on it for a while. I drove it shortly after he died and kind of wanted it, but they wanted a lot for it, so I passed. It’s a really fun little car when it is in good mechanical condition.
2001 Chevy Cavalier (auto) - My late brother’s car that my parents co-signed on then ended up making most of the payments because he failed to. This is basically dad’s car, but it’s a piece of shit and tries to kill you with carbon monoxide if you don’t open the windows. It has been like that since before my brother committed suicide... My sister also drives this sometimes to get to work.

Me: 2018 Honda Civic Hatch. It has the 1.5 L15B7 turbo, 6-speed and a fantastic chassis. You know how it is.
Dad: 2018 Chevy Volt. It’s his second one and he loves it. I love it as well, especially the brilliant infotainment system. Typically we’ll take this car on a longer trip. It’s really, really practical like my Civic.
Stepmom: 2018 Subaru Forester. Her first new car in nearly 20 years and it’s okay, lots of room however.
Step-sis: 2012 Fiat 500. This is her first car. Her mother HATES IT with a passion because it’s so tiny and “unsafe.”
2005 Honda Pilot. This was purchased new by my mother, then handed down to myself and my twin, now it’s used mainly by my dad for Home Depot runs for new crap for our new house. An extended family member is going to take it... eventually.
sm70- why not Duesenberg?
