It’s missing some parts and has non original carbs so it should be more like 10k not 20k. Still tho it’s in overall fantastic condition.

I like it when a car is so freshly washed that there are still suds under it.

A bit high it’s not an early one, if it’s a 70' without missing bits it would be higher. But they are creeping up, I have a couple notes left on my car for that much. You could get original carbs for it, they don’t have numbers to match. The 1970 cars will be worth the most (unless you have one of a handful of 69s), but I’m told the 71s like mine is the best to live with. If you notice they changed the vents on the hatch to the side behind the 3/4 window. I guess it would suck in fumes (which happens anyway if any of the light rubber or hatch is not in good shape), also there was supposedly a pressure issue in the cabin at speed with the window open. But for a 73 it’s high I would say, we’ll see how they appreciate. I’m not exactly sure how many really clean 70/71s there are out there, so many rusted out. My car can be changed back to stock if I want, I never hurt anything. We restored mine, it did have a fender replaced with another orange factory fender that didn’t quite match with the fade. I repainted it with single stage period correct paint, after the body work it was all I could do.

My Z has never been washed with water since it was restored haha. It hasn’t been out in the rain and so far I just wipe it down and cover it.

I treat the fintail the same way. It lives in a garage under cover, and is virtually never driven in rain. I wipe it down every time I drive it, which works fine.
I am leery when I see a classified ad with a car on a wet sudsy driveway, as a car shines up when just washed and wet.
