Your correspondent is to be found in a castle in Borsuqland....Poland, having found that it’s much cheaper than staying across the border in Germany. €17 for bed and breakfast is not to be sneezed at. Downside is the appalling roads, probably because all the people who would fix them are working on building sites back home!

Because all the people who would fix them are all on building sites back home.
Irish comedians Ed Byrne and Dara O’Briain have (jokingly) called them, ‘Britain’s new Irish workers’, joking that they are taking Irish jobs, that were taken from the British.
Is it a B&B or is it like when I went to Zakopane, simply someone selling the use of their spare room. I found it odd seeing people sat outside their homes in the sun with boards and writing. I asked my friend what they were and what they said, apparently it’s a thing. Selling the use of you spare bedroom for the night.

It’s a proper hotel in the above. I’ve been up the tower! Sadly the €17 I paid seems to be a fluke and if I was to stay tonight it would be €66.
I think it’s a 19th century fantasy castle, probably stolen from its German owners after the war.

i’m guessing you’ve lost count of all the low spec BMW 3-series/MB C-classes then.
