I have a federal criminal record....

For underage drinking and smoking pot on federal park land. I got a really big ticket. I never did get any charges for fighting and bar-brawls... Doesn’t mean I shouldn’t have.

ESPECIALLY if you do it on Federal lands. If I had been shooting up the Ranger Station with my AR-15 I would have gotten a local jurisdictional slap on the wrist for destruction of property and possibly reckless endangerment, but god forbid we infringe on my 2nd amendment rights to shoot a gun on Federal lands! (I’m a gun owner, and I’m pro-gun control))

When I was in prison, the hooch was made with fruit or jelly packets and they used a pant leg lined with a bunch of trash bags. Lowered into the crawl space below the cells through the pipe chase that feed the toilet/ sink.

The inmates weren’t too happy when we cut them down and pitched them. We later went up and put concrete over the holes to prevent such schananigans.

We only found 2-3 hooch pants. I think the word got out and they pulled them up.

I got arrested at 15 for joyriding in the middle of the night with no license. I snuck out of the house and took my sister’s 1992 Ford Tempo. It had the 3.0 Vulcan V6, so it was a total hot rod (130 hp, boi).

I got a stern talking to by the judge, 80 hours of community service, and grounded for a whole summer. And the car got impounded.

I guess you could say I’m a badass.
