You could get a manual is last gen Fusion.

Only available in 2013-2014, with the 1.6L Turbo, & only in SE trim.

I worked sales at a Ford dealership in 2013. Every once and awhile I would check the dealer inventory that looked at every dealership within 500miles for manual Fusions. There was never more than two available, vs over 100 Fusions total. So yeah you could say they’re rare.
