What’s next for us? Maybe buy? Maybe rent? I don’t know, I’m not concerned. But I’ve got big plans for some of the money in meantime. Good things are happening. Things are... really finally happening.

Anyway, I’ve already got a rental lined up in case we don’t have anywhere to go after date of possession for the buyer. Half a dozen people have approached me and asked me to move in with them (I guess people like us? ). I’ll do everything in my power to not take them up on that but it’s nice that we have options.

No, we certainly did not need to incentivize. Been shopping aggressively and seemingly nonstop since January.

Nice! When they did the one on the house we’re selling the inspector spotted what he thought might be mold in the attic so we had to have a certified guy come in and look at it. It was just a discoloration that wasn’t a health or structural issue but we have to wait to hear back from them.
