Metro D Oppo-meet is upon us! Join us tomorrow, May 19, at the Wilcox Lake Rec Area in Plymouth (see !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! for map and more details).

The group size has been looking pretty small so far, so I’m downsizing the potluck list a little. If you’re planning to come but have been silent up until now, let your voice be heard!

Oh come on Detroit oppo’s we can do better than this. I’m busy that day but plan to arrive at 3 ish just to help offset the cost of the shelter. So count me out of the pot luck but I will be bringing a six pack and a set of bare 302p heads suitable for rebuilding or boat anchor. If anyone wants them.

Im planning on coming but the rain is making me nervous. Pap said the Mustang is a nightmare in anything other than perfect dry weather and I don’t want to bring the Dakota. So, I’m coming, but I may have to leave early or wait for rain to pass.

Yeah, it went well! In fact, we were so busy just hanging out that we never even got around to the Concours d’Oppos stuff haha. And as a bonus, the rain even held off until shortly after the meet was over.

Yeah it was fun. Looking to get together some time again. There’s a cars and coffee coming up at FCA we might put a call out for. Early June I believe but I’ll try to find out something more specific.
