Pano Amo?
Looks like maybe a ~69 or so Charger up there with brake lights on. NYC street scenes of this period remind me of “Marathon Man” or maybe “The French Connection”.

Ah yeah forgot about that one, where the Ventura has the unfortunate run-in with a semi trailer. I used to think it was a GTO, but the small one wasn’t until the 1974 model year.
Manhattan was a lot more interesting before it became the home of the rich and super-rich alike.
