I just received 900 bucks from your lovely US Treasury for being a good non-resident alien (ayyyyy lmao) and this weekend I’ll begin the hunt for a first-gen Twingo.

At first I was indifferent, I even preferred the pre-facelift because I like the interior more, but the more I think about it, the more I think it’s smarter long-term to buy as new as possible, and also I could do with the optional AC and remote locking.

I’ll also be looking for it to have the sunroof, except if a great offer comes along without one.

I also liked the interior of the pre facelift model especially with the funky teal buttons and switches.

The mom of my best friend back in kindergarten had a then-new, black Twingo Initiale Paris with tan leather and the canvas roof. Liked the Twingo ever since.
