Stupid nice spring weather!!! our weekends keep ending up like crap and then our week days are gorgeous! I’m stuck here at work wishing I was fishing. Not even on the board yet this year! went out for trout, every one in the boat but me landed lovely 4 to 6 pound trout and the walleye opener was a bust last weekend too... UGH!

any of you Oppo fishermen having a good season yet?

me too at this point... god damn! We went to the pier for walleye last weekend and my buddies caught a few perch, a drumm and a god damned sturgeon! Me, nothing! I feel cursed right now.

Gotta get a new paralyzer and band for my Hawaiian sling, my Wahoo! is most likely staying dry this year due to monetary issues, so that’s a bust, but spear fishing in Mexico in August should be fun. Gonna see about chartering a trip for marlin either June or July, so while I won’t have quantity of fishing, the quality of my trips should be decent.

Fishing season here isn’t in full swing yet. Striper don’t start arriving for a few more weeks, and then Bluefish shortly after.

It’s been years since i last went fishing, to the point that i will finally sell my boat this year since i haven’t touched it in 5-6 years.

I have to wait till the kids get older then i will check for a pontoon boat, since will will soon be at 4 kids in a mater of days.
