You should see the ones on BMW f650. There’s 10 pounds of shit in that 5 pound bag, AND annoying super-short rubber boots. Even more annoying because it’s a single with twin carbs...

Yep. That airbox wraps around the frame, only way to remove is forward through the area occupied by the carbs.

lol yup this one has “ears” that keep it from being removable backwards through the frame. Could be worse. Only way to remove the airbox on my CX500 was to remove the rear wheel.

I fixed it with pods. Low speed fuelling went a bit to shit though.
