Looks like a typical long haul truck, used for transporting RV’s. Probably has several hundred thousand miles on it by now.

Was buying every accessory at O-Reilly’s really necessary though?

CB radio, all of the blind spot mirrors to avoid a lawsuit, oversized mudflaps to avoid a lawsuit, the sign thing on the roof, deer killer/truck saver, etc., are all pretty standard fare. I see it all of the time.
This is probably for commercial use.

Yea but what about the lighted bumper antennas?, the under door lights running lights, the roof top rack, and the vortex thingies on the c pillar?

Extra marker lights, and those hold extra mirrors. Again, normal. Rack probably holds a sign when needed. Vortex generators are better than the big ass spoilers I’ve seen on some.
