Was on a run around campus and one of my fellow Mountaineers was driving with about half his left leg out the window.

No that shouldn’t even count cuz they took the windows out to allow people to do that. They didn’t use to do that.

Mountaineers ride in the back of trucks and drink beer in the vehicle because its legal on the interstate.

WV is one of only a couple states where it is totally legal to ride in the bed of a truck anywhere. It is also legal to have an open container in the vehicle but you can’t consume said beverage....but really its impossible to enforce that part of the law unless a cop pulls up next to you as a passenger is taking a swig.
