I’ve always loved simple ‘ball’ shift knobs! Also, that Beetle looks surprisingly nice in beige....or is it just me? :P

a 65 300 deluxe, new paint and original upholstery. Those first gen A bodies look kind of like GM designed the 4 door first, then tacked the coupes on. whereas the 66 is “peak coke bottle” and clearly the sedans followed the coupes in design.

I suppose that’s kind of true for the Chevelle (which is very different from the other 3 if you look closely) and the 64s, but I’m a huge fan of all of the 65 A bodies. I am biased though, owned two of them. Love all the 64-67 A bodies, really.

the Beaumont is my favourite A body.
