I’ve everything done up till taking the last bolt out of the control box. It’s wedged up against a dash panel, and I have no idea how I’m going to get it out, at the moment. Taking a break and having a Pepsi, before trying again. Wish me luck.

By control box do you mean what he is calling the actuator? Is it that top bolt you can’t access?
If you haven’t tried this already (I think it’s pretty common knowledge, but I don’t know how much wrenching you have done, so please don’t take offense if my suggestion is an ‘of course I already tried that):
Maybe take some pliers to get the box end of the wrench onto the bolt, and then us another box end on the open end of that wrench to create a longer handle for yourself.
