Cp, aftermarket mods don’t add value save for a few from select manufacturers.

this is one of them. brabus isnt just hole in the wall ‘tuner”. these guys are to AMG what AMG is to Mercedez.

C’mon, Brabus/Alpina as well?

Brabus is business if you want to go faster in a Mercedes...including AMGs. NP because we want to try 650hp of AWD wagon greatness.

I don’t consider Brabus one of those brands, but oh well.

The wheels are dope. The rest is kinda eh. My buddy has one of these. It isn’t a brabus, but he’s got his pushing 700hp.
Crackpipe, unless you need the brabus branded trim

Funny that I consider those two different. Alpina has a certain subtlety where Brabus is more flamboyant. Most of the mods are cosmetic on this e63. Plus E63 wagons of this vintage can be had for 60k with roughly the same mileage. So they’re basically tacking on full retail of that kit. The car depreciates but the mod doesn’t? Save for a Ruf or older amg I can’t see this being the case.

Brabus, Alpina, Mugen, Spoon, TOM’s, Gazoo. Probably a few more I can’t remember.

I’d rather buy a NEW Audi RS4 in Spain, import it LEGALLY to Mexico under the “600km or bust” rules, and then do a tour of the US with the car you guys can’t have, taking the opportunity to service for free it in an overly enthusiastic Audi dealer that will get to put they serviced an “MY18 RS4" in a booklet.

Who doesn’t want Brabus Door Lock Pins in a four year old estate car?

On Friday, I drove a 2013 E63 sedan listed for $42k, with 550 HP. Adding $67k for another 100 HP and a bunch of cosmetic bullshit (Brabus cosmetics tend towards the garish IMHO)? This is a nicer car than the one I drove but NFW on that price.
I give it 4 Tyrone Biggums out of 5.

Alpina - yes
Renntech - sure
Brabus - meh

Well that’s just it. When the ad goes out of its way to include all the minuscule bits of useless accessories just to justify the inflated price.
Brabus makes some wild builds. This isn’t one. It’s a trim package and a tune. Hard pass for me at nearly double the cost of an equivalent E63.

Brabus is essentially what alpina is to BMW. It’s not like it was just eBay bolt ons

This is only four hours away from me. I currently have 100K in equity on my house because of the housing bubble. I should go make a terrible decision.

The mods add value, but he’s about 40K over a normal example - so he’s getting zero depreciation on the mods. Good luck.
