I think that’s what it is. (Late 60’s/early 70’s Chrysler)

It’s the hood scoop for the tiny in-dash V8 that powers the cabin blower.

Kidding aside, Twilight Sentinel was a GM thing, not Mopar.

Auto-headlight dimmers were fairly widespread across brands, though, so good money that’s one. It was an available option for my Lincoln from ‘59.

I always loved that name. I think GM used it well into the ‘80s, if not a little later. Has the typical 1950s “let’s think of a creative, trademark-able brand name for every single feature” flair to it.

It’s like a 1940's sci-fi/fantasy sort of name.

My grandma’s 2000 DeVille had Twilight Sentinel.

I think our ‘93 caddy had it as well, so into the ‘90s too.

Used it into the 90s - my 94 Eldorado had it, with the fancy name plastered on the panel
