Fixed the choke on same day so that helps too.
Hasn’t been past the end of the driveway since. Always ran great. Now it runs better.

I’ve still got the points in mine, starts great. Sat for a couple days? Second crank. Sat long enough the bowls are empty? Crank for a second, smack the pedal, then starts on the second rotation. Once it’s warm you can just barely bump the key and it comes to life in a cloud of oil smoke (though it does everything in a cloud of oil smoke).
