1. the car should’ve been given permission to move by whomever was checking that

2. Kimi should’ve checked his mirrors in preparation to move anyway.

The old tire was still on the car, that was the issue. The sensor or whatever just saw all 4 were tight and released the car.

The fact that there’s nothing in the system to prevent that is what is going to get them in trouble. With a lollipop man there is someone looking over the whole process and releasing the car.
