It’s actually nearly 100% scammers in all seriousness. They mostly claim hardship to get you to not inspect the car because the poor guy has cancer or whatever. They’re lamenting “having to sell it at this low price” which universally isn’t low. It’s almost exclusively a False Flag but it’s still a fun search.
