By me at least.

Kinja'd!!!

You want to know what it is, don’t you? !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

It features, if that’s the right word, 479cc of twin cylinder diesel producing 6kW of power which gives you a maximum speed of 45 kmh, as required by the regulations about voitures sans permis, cars which you can drive in France without a licence.

Want to know where I found it? !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! on my battlefield memorial tour last week.

It’s parked in almost exactly the same place so may well be an employee there. It’s also from the same departement as the monument.

I think it’s a Microcar Virgo III.

Kinja'd!!!

The tail lights ( I think they’re Opel Corsa) and optional van type side hinged back doors tie in.

The ungoverned export models sold in the UK make an earth-shaking 11.6 KW and rocket up to a blistering 113kmh.

The thought of 113 kmh in an Aixam is a scary one. Not so much the speed as what would happen during an unscheduled stop.
