The Fiesta was supposed to be a more snow and winter worthy DD for when I move to Colorado. But I enjoy driving it more than the Mustang. Now I feel like I should sell the Mustang, but if I do, I’ll surely miss it in the future...
I can’t bear the thought of not knowing whether it would go to a good home. Anyone in the market for a 2013 V6 manual Stang perchance...?

My SFE has 148 lb ft of torque at 2,500 rpm in overboost, and has been averaging 48 mpg commuting. Besides the Recaro seats the ST doesn’t seem too appealing to me.

Park Fiesta behind a garage or house or something... out of sigh out of mind.
Drive mustang. See if you can learn to love it. If not, sell the fucker.
Side note - You are in possession of weapon of mass destruction. If you sell it, US won’t have to invade you.

Sell the mustang and get something that is more of a pure sports car, or muscle car whatever you’re into. If the Fiesta makes you happy as a DD then you can let your other car be super impractical, instead of a V6 stang which is a compromise of a car.

250lb/ft with the MR230 pack doesn’t appeal?? It’s so fun!

Sell the Mustang and get a cheaper Fiesta ST for something sporty for the weekends.
So you’ve a Fiesta (it’s a saloon, right?) for daily driving and stuff and a sporty little hatch for weekends, etc...

Is it too difficult to keep both? Do you actually have fun when you drive the Mustang?
The 2 car method is the best method. A fun daily driver and a drivable project car is the best combination for me, but I’m sure that’s not a universal. Having 2 cars means that when you get a little bored with one, you can switch to the other for a few days/weeks. That means you don’t grow sick of the little annoyances and end up selling a car you’d immediately miss. Plus, if you ever have problems or want to do a difficult modification, you still have transportation! (And being able to just walk away from a project for the night is an amazing luxury.)
So, what I’m saying is: Sell the Mustang and buy a project Festiva.

Altitude is going to kill the power in both cars, slightly less in the Fiesta. However, get a good set of snows and you can handle the snow. I lived in the high country for a year with a lowered Mustang on snows. If you are careful you’ll be fine.
Have you fallen into the slow car fast category?

I loved my ST, Tuned on 93 it probably made 60 ft/lbs more than stock, and on E30 it probably made 80lb/ft of torque over stock. Are there people that tune the 1.0?

Where are you now? Are you doing autocross? There’s a really nice autocross-esque time attack event at Pikes Peak International Raceway, just south of Colorado Springs. Maybe sell the Mustang to get something racecar-focused?

I have a similar predicament. I have been daily driving a BRZ. I was getting a little tired of the noise/vibration/harshness of the BRZ for daily driving, so I leased a new Golf. Now, I still have the BRZ, and it literally hasn’t moved since I got the Golf. That’s how much I like the Golf. The Golf is quiet and comfortable, but it also has great steering feel, and it’s fairly tossable.
I think I’ll do a couple more track days in the BRZ and then sell it.

I totally see where Vimto is coming from. I used to own a normal Fiesta SE. And, I’ve rented a Fiesta ST (using Turo). The ST is a lot of fun. But, for everyday driving, the softer suspension of the non-ST is easier to live with.
