Have you ever pre-emptively irritated someone so you wouldn’t have to work for them?
actually the second time I’ve parted ways with this customer. I was the original contractor, we parted ways. Two years later, they’ve burned everyone else and it’s me or nothing.
I didn’t even have to show up, just requested that they locate their vehicles and keys, and maybe not park in a lake. That’s all it took to get a tirade started about how busy and important everyone down there is. Now I don’t have to go.

My dad has literally told people they were not welcome to use his services of auto repair. He doesn’t do it often because he is a very patient man but every time he has he had good reason and seemed quite happy about it.

Car salesmen should not be a fleet manager. Guy above him came from Comcast. Not worth showing up.

I’ll bend over backwards for most, but forward for none.
