Small child standing in for me

Tonight I was able to ride my scooter for the first time in about seven months. I winterized it early last year, when the exhaust blew apart. It felt so good!!!!!

It was a short ride, because it’s still chilly, but damn am I happy to have this silly thing back in service!

Good work loving the write ups. The weather here sucks only warm day is this friday but it will rain. I cant wait to get back on the saddle.

Coolness! Sadly here in Canada, all they sell for the Super 8 is a pretty ugly (to me) ‘naked-ized’ trail-type version now....not a fan at all! Ruined the looks of it to me!

They also sold the Super 8 in orange in facelifted trim!

If I want a 150cc Kymco here now, I would have to go for the Like 150cc.....which I also like the looks of, as it looks quite Vespa-esque. I preferred the Non-150X Super 8s before the facelift most though! :(

Yeah, the new Super 8s in the US are now all based on the Agility. Which is a perfectly fine scooter, but kinda homely.

You sure they are based on the Agility? I was pretty sure it was still it’s usual Super 8 chassis underneath with new more ‘maked-style’ minimalist bodywork...?

A good read! A shame they’ve sortof made the current-gen Super 8s worse though, in that sense!

Yeah, it is a shame. If you want a “proper” Super 8, you have to go used.
