They could be covering the ongoing disaster that is GM Financial’s huge system update...
Between the jacked up phone system, billing issues, overcharging, etc... I really hope someone is fired for this.
Oh, I’m getting calls for insurance validation on a lease vehicle I turned in back in January... since whomever designed the system completely neglected this dept it seems.
