I’m looking for a new set of wheels for the lexus.
I want something like the Enkie EV5. 5 thick spokes, bronze with a polished lip.
problem is that the enkies are too narrow. I need a 18 by 8J wheel. enkie is only 18 by 7.5J (I want to move up from 17s for the summer rubber)
your challenge, find me a set of wheels that look like this, but are 8inch wide. also under $200/wheel. GO!

Was going to suggest mag blue Volk te37s but then saw your budget.
I’m not a fan of that multi-bolt pattern center it looks like a cheap wheel.
I’m not sure about the quality but these Avant Garde M550 may suit the bill?
How about enkei NT-03? They’re lightweight and from Enkei so I’d trust them more.

Why not Kojins? Also Enkei, available in 8 and wider.

$200/wheel isn’t gonna give you much choice from new. I suggest hitting up Kijiji.
I picked these Rays up for <$1000 a couple of weeks ago.
Alternatively, buy my 17x8 Enkei PF01s. I’ll include a set of summer tires with minimal wear:

They get a lot of flak for ripping off others’ designs and rightfully so, but Rota should have something that fits your tastes and budget.

Tires on 18s are effing expensive. The 255/40R18 Michelins I put on the rays above were $265/tire plus install and taxes. :<

I know, but I would BARELY be driving the car in the summer anyways (yay motorcycle!) so I’m ok with more expensive, low tread wear, grippy tires

What about some oem Nissan z rims, Infiniti g series also has some decent designs in that size.

They still use a 5x114.3 bolt pattern? Those wheels are probably too expensive for my use but I do need a set in that size eventually for some winter tires on my ‘06 STi.

Yeah but you can get the same exact grip on a 17inch wheel for half the price. Plus reduce some unsprung weight so even better!

Is there really an arguable difference between a 7.5 and and 8 inch width wheel? I mean unless fitment is an issue the tires available do not really differ a whole lot. You are talking the difference between like a 205 and 225 at best which isnt really that important.

The 2015+ WRX is actually the first to use the 5x114 bolt pattern - they were 5x100 prior. STIs have been 5x114 since 2005.
I have the wheels on Kijiji right now for $1100 ($CAD) so they may not be too expensive given the exchange rate. The shipping might do you in though. :)
Amusingly, I actually use sets of ‘05-‘07 STI wheels like you have for my winter tires and my autocross tires:

Are you talking wheels and tires? 18x9.5 is usually around 1300 for a set of RPF1s
