Once again the Portland Roadster Show has come and gone and it was an odd one for myself. For this first time in 6 years neither any family or myself had a car in the show, so this year was just a lot of volunteer work and checking out the cool cars at the show. The Portland Roadster Show had its 62nd anniversary this year and it was packed with top notch cars. Here are a select few of my favorite shots from the weekend. You can view there full album here:

Me three.
Though‘abominations’ might be too strong a word. Some of paintwork and detailing demonstrate quite some money, skill and time...all of which I respect especially given my lack of all three. The fact they add up to something that doesn’t appeal to me does not negate the craft and commitment behind each and every one of them.

Awesome! thanks for sharing. I’ve never seen the “wheels off” treatment before, but it makes sense if you want to show off your suspension work, right?

Depending on how serious you are on competing for awards, pulling a wheel or two is a absolute must do if you have a solid wheel like that model A. The show judges must be able to see the brakes and suspension behind the wheel to award points.
