I wasn’t going to work on it. But I couldn’t sleep last night. So at 11PM....
I bolted on the passenger door.
With the help of my shop stool and a jackstand it went on fairly easy. It sags a bit because it needs new hinge bushings, but once I put the latch in it’ll close just fine.

The reason I couldn’t sleep? I couldn’t remember if I had hood hinges. But I found them today so I should be able to sleep like a baby tonight.
If not, there’s always the driver’s door...

Meanwhile it took me seven months to click “Buy it Now” on a scooter exhaust system, and so far five months to clean the fuel tank, replace the fuel lines, and put a new battery in the other scooter. Clearly, I am a go-getter here.
