We all look for different things when house shopping. Maybe a garage, specific school district, the right number of bathrooms is important to you.
Or maybe you’re concerns lie elsewhere. If so maybe I found the house for you.
Maybe you like to know you won’t be sharing the house with any freeloading spirits.

That means that this house is 100% haunted.
If I was buying a car and the guy was like “BTW, I never, ever shit myself while driving this” without being prompted, it means that he 100% did.

Gothic windows are probably a red flag, I think ghosts like those.
Nice that the “not haunted” sign kind of resembles a tombstone. Must be Cuesta Verde phase 1.

I’ll take it. But I’ll need to spend the night in it during a storm. You know, just to see how it feels.

You mentioning someone volunteering that information unprompted leads me to wonder if that’s something you generally ask while car shopping.
“Ya know a car fax is great, but it doesn’t have a category letting me know how many owners have shit themselves while driving this car.”

“Low mileage, good condition, treated well. Tell me, what is the grossest thing that has happened in this car under your ownership?”

I mean that chunk of stone was just taking up space in the basement. Whoever William Davis may have been he died in 1872 so clearly he’s not using it anymore.

Really old house with a black headstone shaped sign claiming it’s not haunted? It’s a trap.

The owners daughter did tell me the tv reception is terrible during storms.

“Have you or any previous owner had extreme gastrointestinal disorders to the best of your knowledge?”

And it was covering a weird hole in the floor, must be a drainage hole, certainly not a portal to hell.

That does seem like something a poltergeist would do when they’re tired of possessing the current residents.

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. The sign specifically says “not haunted.”
It doesn’t say “hellmouth free.”

Good point. You must be a fancy lawyer or something.

I close on my first garage next week (yes there’s a house attached to it).

Nope, EPA certified water/wastewater technician.
I just finished an online training module called “Drain, hellmouth, or abandoned Indian burial site: know the hole to maximize workplace safety.”

I always have problems with passengers shitting themselves or blowing chunks. I don’t even drive that crazy... One was truly baffling - I’m pretty sure there’s no way to actually drive fast enough around corners to give someone motion sickness in a Caprice Classic...

That’s awesome!
Interesting fact about Florida. You are not required to disclose if someone died, was murdered, or committed suicide in a home/apartment/business.
