Driving to work this morning when something caught my eye going the opposite direction. Turns out it was the restyled Navara-based 2019 Nissan Frontier! Same color red as the Navara shown below. Couldn’t get a picture sadly because I was driving.
Not sure why it was down here in south Mississippi, but they are being built at the factory in Canton, MS and we have one of the biggest producing dealerships in the state, so maybe they were coming to show it off.
Update: After doing some looking around on the interwebs, it may have just been a Navara as the front end did not quite match spy shots of the prototype. Still odd though as why would be down here of all places, but unless I see it again I won’t know for sure.

The one we are getting for the 2019 model year is based on the Navarro.

Hmmm. Ya know, maybe you’re right. Really wish I could have got a picture now because the front end did look different from the prototype after doing some looking.
