I was thinking more late model XC70/V70, but yes.

Go right ahead. Keep talking about the new one and hyping it up.
I need CPO 2016 V60 prices to tank soon.

Let me present a more financially responsible choice as this new one is most likely going to be expensive AF

Like other Volvos and luxury cars of the past, it will have massive depreciation the first few years. You can have your 2018 Volvo V90 without the extreme prices if you buy it in 2023.

Yeah but it’s only fun in R form.
That kinda negates the whole “financially responsible” part

Luxury is always fun. If you need something more sporty, buy a Miata as well.

People need to buy cars new in order for people to buy them used.

I’d rather just put the s60 seats into the Miata and enjoy automotive nirvana (does not fit. I tried for many hours to make it work)

Prices on those were at crack pipe level new. Now they’re at crack pipe level used.

The dealer I get my car serviced at is a combination Mazda/Volvo dealer. I drool over the Volvos every time I am there.

I showed it to my dad who is about to buy an XC60. He was tempted but in the US you’ll have to go up to the T6 to get awd. The T5 is only fwd. He doesn’t want to have to go up to the T6 to get awd. So...he’s probably buying that XC60 any minute now.

Not an actual Polestar edition. Volvo made it kinda confusing.

I will most likely be purchasing, barring the price being CP.
And I will buy new. If someone refrains from purchasing a vehicle because of depreciation, then don’t bother ever buying a car
