No, not a Peugeot. Been there, done that.
We need instead the Siebel Si-202 Hummel (bumblebee). This particular one established altitude records for light aircraft.
It had dual controls, but just the one control column with extensions on each side. Looks like two to me, but there you go.
The first model had a nine cylinder radial engine with all of 45 bhp. Not this later one though. Note that it’s inverted, a common thing with German aero engines at the time.
