It was a bad Saturday to be an Audi in my family this past weekend. Both my brother and I sold our respective Audis for $3500. His an 02 S4 and my 07 a4. I liked the car, but can’t say it will be missed.
said now gone audi
Now for the fun part, what to replace it with? Looked at a 08 mini cooper s this weekend, but the guy wanted too much considering what it needed done.
Any fun recommendations for a reasonably priced DD?

is250s are getting pretty cheap and will last. wont have as much of a zing factor, but its RWD or AWD, (with RWD bias) and reliable.

Do it.
And then swap in an s50/2/4 drivetrain.

Those are big shoes to fill. Maybe an Acura TL or Lexus IS? I’m also a fan of the Kia Stinger, but you are not getting into a stinger for $3500 without some serious cash to throw on top.

no kidding! A luxury brand isn’t necessary to replace it, I only got the a4 because my uncle wanted to get rid of it and it was very cheap at the time. Preferably, I’d like to avoid ze germans for the next one

What’s reasonably priced? And why are you looking at an 08 mini if you want something easy to live with?
Abarth
Fiesta ST
Miata
