Some Brits danced to a mashup of Exogenesis Symphony Part 1/ Part 2/ Butterflies and Hurricanes, and damn they should have placed better, because I thoroughly enjoyed their routine and it went excellently with the music. Anyway, I forgot how good Exogenesis Symphony is, so have that.

That’s a pretty good song, but generally newer Muse just makes me miss older Muse.

I mean, Showbiz as an album was alright, had a few bangin’ tunes, but not the best. Origin of Symmetry was awesome, Absolution was fantastic, Black Holes And Revelations was excellent. The Resistance was good, but it was a change from older Muse, then The 2nd Law was okay, and I think I’ve only ever listened to Drones once and haven’t really listened to anything newer. So I mostly agree with you.

You’re spot on with your assessment. I guess I meant I miss sort of old Muse. Absolution was the first Muse album I ever heard. I downloaded it for free back when Napster was a thing, but I felt so bad for liking an album so much without paying for it so I went out and bought a copy. If Muse had broken up after BHAR, I’d probably love them a lot more. But instead they stuck around and bummed me out.
Strangely, I really enjoy the song Madness though.
