This is a pretty uncomfortable bed.

I should have ordered a Leesa. Or a Purple. Or one of those other beds they keep advertising on the internets.

Is that a replacement bed? Is that how they come?

Shipping of sheet metal parts is brutal.

I’ve learned to NEVER, EVER let the delivery guy leave until I’ve looked it over and accepted it. No matter how shitty they may be about it.

Yeah we stood out in the rain for a bit while we looked it over. I marked it damaged on the BOL because no matter what, we have to accept it and start the return/credit process after taking many pictures.
