Sorry for the highjacking, i cannot post on the oppo fp.

Call out to oppos in the pnw. I am looking for a smaller dog, on the older end of the puppy spectrum up to 2 years. Preferably a corgi, brittany, cockapoo or something mixed with one of those breeds. Hoping for big dog soul in little dog body, one that can go hiking and camping with me (where approved), but does not mind cuddling up with me.

My hope is to adopt a preseasoned pup and take it to some special training so it can be a hospital visit doggo.

Big ask, I know. I have had a pretty messed up life the past 4 years, and i need some stability in fur form.

I lost my little bud last tuesday. He was with me more than half my life. I am slowly moving on, but i find it hard to sleep at night, and my reactions to any negative stress is at an 11. A dog will help me to get out of the house on a more frequent basis and provide a buffer for social interaction.
