Excellent choices but on the subject of Lamborghini I miss a pic of the original LP500 show car (yellow, with periscopo and no added-on air intakes...)

Please?

Of course :)

This one just sold for a little more than a million.

There’s an amazing top down view that I can’t copy here on RM’s website!

Please, someone pass me the salts - I have just checked out the top down picture...

If you think about it... it is right and proper that after the Walter Wolf specials Lamborghini went all big and butch and brutish with the Countach.

That way we get to appreciate the purity of the originals so much more. A bit like those beauties from Rome who used to be carried around with a monkey by their side so as to better set off their delicate, sensuous charms.

Thank you!

The top down picture was sensational!

If I could, I’d probably get an earlier Countach and a later one, just because how different they are.

The first picture I ever saw of a Countach was a top-down one of the yellow LP500 prototype, quite likely an official Bertone photo.

I have never recovered.
