Those sharp corners are gonna irritate and scrape up your skin. It might have a cleaner look if you grind down the edges to be flush with the heat spreader, which coincidentally also has nice, smooth, rounded edges.

Two days in and I’m still okay. It was “scratchy” at first, but I think the pins underneath got rubbed and beaten enough that I can’t feel them anymore. The corners are no big deal, the pcb is thick enough that they don’t feel sharp.
