!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is reporting that a Saratov Airlines Antonov An-148 has crashed east of Moscow with 71 onboard. This is the first large casualty accident for an airline since May 19, 2016 when an !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! flight crashed in the Mediterranean Sea, killing 66.

According to the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! data, which has been downloaded by FlightRadar24, something caused the Saratov flight to suddenly fall at a rate of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! (250 mph). I’ll be curious to know if the aircraft broke apart at altitude or if it was intact until impact, because that’s a seriously abrupt drop.

They should be able to figure out if it broke up before impact fairly easily. Question will be if it was a cause or effect. We will need to let the investigators do their thing.
