Anyone else going? Assuming they tell us the location.

If you decide you don’t want that anymore, I’ll take it off your hands.

Scary part is that the M5 might not even be his coolest car.

This is true, but the e34 might be my favorite.

I’ll probably keep this one for another year, but the M Roadster will likely be on BAT in the spring.

How come plans changed? Pretty car - sorry to see it go!

I always plan to keep my cars for about 18-24 months but decided with my i8 lease coming to an end I was sad not to have a sports car. Combine that with tough parking in SF and I decided to reduce my total number of vehicles and get a Ferrari. Nothing nefarious.

ok -I know you put some $ into it, was wondering if it was just turning into a money pit.
And as I understand it, it’s no longer your car, correct?
Thanks!

No longer my car, belongs to the dealer that sold me my 328.
I put about $8500 over a year, about half of which was a big brake kit and new stereo. Much of the rest of it was rehabbing things that were not working (or appearing) to my liking. For example replaced the under-hood insulation which was really not necessary but looked bad. Changed to clear side markers. Other things like that.

Ahh, thanks! That 328 is gorgeous, by the way.
And in looking back again, it seems like you got the M5 for a pretty nice price - hope you enjoyed the year with it, and have even more fun with the Ferrari!
