Passed this rig earlier today. Yep, that’s a first generation Kia Sportage on something like 35” tires. I’m kinda surprised I don’t see more modified Sportages around, but I guess most of them were driven into the ground by their original owners.
Oh yeah. By the way I got a dash cam last week. So I guess I’ll periodically be posting weird things that it catches.

There’s a guy in my town that has a Sportage on tracks.
Let me see if I can dig up a picture.

With all the issues those have with wheel bearings that’s the LAST vehicle I would lift and put mudders on.

Good on you for getting a dashcam. Large return esp in the piece of mind area vs low initial investment.

Yeah I had been thinking about it and then I got scraped by another car in the morning rush two weeks ago. Nothing more than scuffs on the bumper but that pushed me over the edge. They’ve gotten so cheap.

Loop 410 by Bandera (TX-16)... I think they may still have been building that flyover when you moved away.

Yes! I love that color too. Typical late 90's.

They might have, I didn’t venture much over there anyways.

The best part is that it is legally a snowmobile now.
