Why aren’t you taking a Ford Escort in your carry on bag?

I mean, I know the Fiesta engine fits:
But a whole Escort seems a bit much. Maybe he’s checking it?

I don’t know how you guys can use radar detectors anymore. Doesn’t matter how much you spend, they get so many false alarms nowadays with all the new car tech I felt less at risk once I removed mine

It remembers repeat signals after three times and doesn’t alarm. It’s also really good in rural Texas/Georgia, and for the most part Ka band is usually not a false alarm. That said, I only use it in the M3; drive around in the 3 sans radar detector.

I have one of the GPS Bel units that does red light camera alerts, but never use it anymore locally as I know where they all are and this state is so congested it’s hard to speed anyway. I also haven’t paid for the updates for the red light camera locations. On the roads you can they use laser and the detector for those is just telling you a split second sooner you’ll be getting pulled (if speeding)
The way I understand it, these days Waze is the way to try an protect yourself from sitting revenue collections.
